It hasn't received a hardware update since it was made available in 2013, and considering that HTC has no plan to release another One mini, we don't expect it to see a refresher either. But anyway, the One Max surprisingly enough seems to receiving a software update that pushes it to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.
